random meditation

If we force our breath to be too long or too short
we're not balanced, the mind won't be at peace.
Don't get concerned over how long or short,
weak or strong it is, just note it.
Know it's there.
Simply let it be.

Vipassana

 

as it lays upon me

the virtue of truth unfolds
the river swells with hunger
as the shore envelopes,
caresses then returns it.
